EngTree is pre-launch ahead of our Pre-Seed raise. The team is founder-led for now. When the Pre-Seed closes and the formal roadmap begins, we'll be looking for a small founding team — engineering, design, content, and community. We'll post here when we do.

EngTree's most important early roles aren't the engineering jobs we'll advertise later. They're the contributor, validator, and founding-Fellow roles we're recruiting right now— paid, credential-anchored, and structurally aligned with the platform's purpose.

Senior Full-Stack Engineer
PlatformNext.js + Supabase + Anthropic SDK. Owns the Strands backend build (Stage 1.5) and CPD-export pipeline (Stage 2).
Design Lead
Brand + ProductThe cardinal-grid tree, the channel pages, the strand interactions. Engineering aesthetic, not consumer-app aesthetic. Reports direct to founder.
Head of Content + Editorial
KnowledgeOwns the validator onboarding pipeline, the editorial curator programme (Stage 2), and the Knowledge Index quality bar across disciplines.
Head of Community
GrowthOwns mentorship matching ops (Lever 6), regional meetup programme, and the founding-cohort relationship cadence.
Operations + Finance Lead
BusinessPayments routing (Paystack/Flutterwave for Africa corridor), Pro Tier billing, scholarship-fund custodianship, international tax.
