BREEAM Outstanding rating: Achieved the highest final stage score of 99.1% for a major office development. - Integrated facade design: Structural sandstone frame with bronze fins for shading and natural ventilation. - Innovative ceiling design: Polished aluminium panels ( ‘petals’) perform multiple roles: ceiling finish, light reflectors, cooling elements, and acoustic attenuation. - Preservation of Roman Temple of Mithras: Archaeological remains were returned to the site with a new interpretation center.
